Government Elementary School understood as Islamic educational institutions such as the basic level of primary education institutions in general, but it has various character and uniqueness. MI as an educational institution in Indonesia as well as other educational institutions must comply with the applicable legislation, such as Law No. 20/2003 on the National Education System, PP 19/2005 on the National Education Standards and Law No. 14/2005 on Teachers and Lecturers.
